Frequently Asked Questions
Jefferson County Greenways is a vital public-private partnership dedicated to preserving and protecting our region's natural treasures for generations to come. But we can't do it alone—we rely on the support of our community through donations and memberships to maintain and enhance these incredible greenspaces.
If you love spending time at Red Mountain Park, Ruffner Mountain, or Turkey Creek Nature Preserve, becoming a member is the perfect way to give back. Your membership directly supports the care and upkeep of these parks, ensuring they remain accessible and beautiful for everyone. Join us in protecting these natural havens and enjoy the peace of mind that you’re helping sustain them for years to come!
